The bipolar laparoscopy electrode can be rotated 360º for accurate jaw orientation. The jaw does not recede when closing, so precise grasping and coagulation of the tissue is possible.

Changing the instrument during a proceedure is no longer necessary.	Kleppinger laparoscopy Forceps The Kleppinger bipolar forceps with serrated jaw have been designed for secure grasping and bipolar coagulation of tissue.	Bipolar Laparoscopy Dissector Maryland The new bipolar laparoscopic dissector allows dissection, grasping and precise coagulation of tissue.

Compatibility

The modular bipolar laparoscopy instrument can be connected using the appropriate adapter cable to most electrosurgical generators where the power does not exceed 60 Watts. Alternatively an adapter can be connected to the handle so a standard bipolar fitting cable can be used with the laparascopic instrument.

Hygiene and Cost Effectiveness

The bipolar laparoscopy instrument separates into four parts (plus cable) ensuring effective cleaning of all areas. Due to its modular design, all parts are interchangeable and therefore easy to replace. All electrodes can be used with either the Ring Handle or Standard Handle.

	Ring Handle The new bipolar laparoscopy forceps body with Ring Handle, designed with Dr A.Scarfi, allows convenient and efficient working and is particularly useful when using the bipolar scissors electrode. The Ring Handle is of course fully compatible with all the electrode options.
Generator Specifications: This instrument has been designed for connection to the bipolar output of the electrosurgical generators. Maximum power output shall not exceed 60 watts.
