Inventor professional.
We have AutoCAD Inventor professional suite to allow us to view your drawings or produce drawings and models in 3D, perhaps taking your sketches and ideas further.
Laser marking.
Laser marking is a recent addition to our work flow. The YAG laser allows us to mark on metals, a number of plastics, circuit boards and adds extra value / traceability to your items. The marking area is 100mm x 100mm but through tiling a larger area can be marked. Machine plates, multiple components, one offs, surgical instruments all items can be considered. Cable / wire preparation.
We have facilities in house to automatically cut and prepare cables. We can strip and tin, or leave the stripped parts protected. If your production time is being taken up by wire preparation rather than manufacture we may be able to help. Tel: 01202 581645, email info@grazedean.com.
Cable assembly / production.
If you use off the shelf connectors such as LEMO, ODU, TYCO, Canon etc. we can mount these on cables to your specification. Please contact us with your requirement and we will do our best to be of assistance.
